Fashionistas and vintage lovers should definitely put this neighborhood on their list! Discover the inspiring Modemuseum, the Fashion Academy and the various shops of Antwerp designers.

If you like antiques, then you should definitely go to the antique dealers of the Kloosterstraat on Sunday. For some culture you have to go to the Plantin-Moretus museum, the last printing house from the Baroque period.

Honestly, the Diamond District is not the most romantic in Antwerp. Here is still a rough and raw side. Despite all the gold and diamond shops, the neighborhood does not exude class.

So why go here? Simple: Antwerp Central Station is one of the most beautiful in the world. Antwerp Zoo is the oldest zoo in Belgium, and is also known as the city's garden. And for an evening of culture, attend a ballet in the famous opera house.
